A wonderful book from The Danish Design Council and the Design Council documenting the design of British Rail, covering aspects such as the visual identity created by Design Research Unit to rolling stock livery, and station design. It's beautifully put together and beautifully illustrated and narrated. The dust jacket is striking and the hardback has a lovely blind deboss. Throughout, there's a number of illustrated transparent sheets, which are in great condition. This books sits well next to other editions, also collectors items, that covered Carlsberg and Danish Railways.

I have two dust jackets: One is faded on the spine, but is a brighter white over all. The second has little fading on the spine but there are scuffs and the white is discolouring with age. Let me know which you'd prefer by adding a note to your order. First come basis.
